This significant project for Brandywine Realty Trust, a repeat customer of Nason and Cullen, Inc., is the construction of a new six-floor, 210,000 square foot class A office building situated on 12.5 acres of land in Plymouth Township, PA adjacent to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Each floor of the building is 33,000 square feet with nine foot high ceilings and features energy efficient glass and a state-of-the-art HVAC system.
This project includes a four-story, attached structured parking garage equipped to handle 700 vehicles.
In addition Nason and Cullen, Inc. has completed fit-outs in excess of 100,000 square feet, including the building conference center and office space for CBIZ Century Business Services, Inc., Brandywine Realty Trust and Philanthropic Life.

This project is the construction of a new boathouse along the Schuylkill River adjacent to Boathouse Row, and is the first boathouse to be built along the river in the past 100 years. The boathouse will house the School's "Rowing Hawks" and will include storage bays for the boats and training areas and locker facilities for the students.

This phased renovation project included the construction of a new Heart Center with a 2nd floor overbuild for two state-of-the-art Cardiac Operating Rooms, relocation of the Physical Therapy area to make way for two new cardiac catheterization laboratories, new support space and a new cardiac catheterization recovery room. The expanded Family Centered Maternity Unit included the transformation of existing short procedure rooms into six new LDRP birthing suites, a building link between two wings, a fully-equipped operating room for cesarean sections, a new nursery, nurse’s stations, support and storage space. In addition, the ICU/CCU area was renovated while occupied.

This project is a 10,000 SF addition and renovation to the Emergency Room at Central Montgomery Medical Center.
The renovation and addition included a complete gut, reconfigure and reconstruction of the existing ER. The project consisted of the construction of a new canopy and ER entrance to the building, new waiting areas, exam rooms, as well as a new admitting area. Also, a cardiac resuscitation room and decontamination room were added to the facility. Nason and Cullen completed this entire multiphase renovation during regular hospital hours without disturbing the existing emergency room daily operations. |

In June of 2003 Nason and Cullen, Inc. finished this project which included a complete gut and renovation of the Clair Odell Group on the 4th floor of the Citizens Bank building in Norristown, PA.
This project included the construction of several new offices, 3 new conference rooms, all new ceilings, walls and tile, painting of the entire 4th floor, removal and replacement of the existing carpeting, complete renovation of the main lobby with glass doors, and the removal and replacement of the existing light fixtures throughout the office. The project also included the construction of a new workout room and 2 showers on the 3rd floor.

In July of 2003 Nason and Cullen, Inc. finished this project which included a variety of renovations at Litivin, Blumberg, Matusow &Young on the 18th floor of the Widner Building in center city Philadelphia.
This project included the construction of a new conference room, renovation of three existing conference rooms and the office Library, Miscellaneous individual office renovations, painting of the entire 18th floor, removal and replacement of the existing carpeting, complete renovation of the main lobby, and the removal and replacement of the existing light fixtures throughout the office. Renovations including carpet replacement and painting also took place on the mezzanine level of 17A.
This was a 2nd shift project and did not cause any disruptions to the day to day activities of the office. |

The 220,000 square foot renovation of the existing school included technology labs, the library, computer classrooms, three gymnasiums, locker rooms, the auditorium, cafeteria and fine arts rooms. The new 45,000 square foot one and two-story additions houses physics labs, technology labs, drafting and manufacturing labs, biology labs, a TV studio, chemistry labs and graphic arts space. |
